OpenAI developed the large language model known as Chat GPT, which is based on the GPT-3.5 architecture. As more and more people learn about the advantages of using AI-powered chatbots for business, it has gained a lot of popularity in India over the past few years. The ability of Chat GPT to comprehend and respond to queries in natural language is one of its greatest advantages. Because of this, users are able to communicate with the chatbot in the same way that they would with a real person without having to use a lot of keywords or complicated syntax. Businesses in a variety of sectors, including e-commerce, healthcare, banking, and finance, have adopted Chat GPT in India. Customer service is one of the main areas where it has succeeded. Companies can provide 24/7 customer support without the need for human operators by utilizing Chat GPT. Language translation is another area where Chat GPT has been helpful. Chat GPT can be programmed to translate between the various languages spoken in India, making it easier for people to communicate with one another. However, AI-powered chatbot use in India is also causing some concern. The possibility of bias in the model-training algorithms is one issue.
